DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We ship our goods worldwide, here are the countries that we ship to:

Australia, Belgium, Canada. Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States.

HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The same day we receive your payment, we ship your goods. You will receive an email confirming your order is on its way to you shortly after payment. 

UK orders:

We ship all UK orders first class so you can expect your package to be with you in no longer than 2 working days. 

Oversea orders from the UK:

The postal service recommends a three week delivery window including the 5 working day dispatch from the uk. There is a high probability that it will arrive sooner, however we do not control the postal service and therefore have to give you the official guide window they offer. If you are from the USA and wish for a speedier delivery option then drop us an email at [email protected]

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, e-mail [email protected] and we will correct your order details accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: We ship your goods the same day as your orders are placed meaning you will have let us know ASAP as if we have already shipped out your items it is out of our hands.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

In the rare occasion something is noted as 'in stock' when it isn't, we will email you immediately and provide you with a full refund and 10% off of your next order. 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?

We do not currently engage in refunds. We do however accept exchanges! (UK only)

HOW DOES AN EXCHANGE WORK?

An exchange must be requested within 1 week of us shipping your goods. The new item must be of the same value of the previous item or less.

We kindly ask that you cover postal charges upon returning the item back to us and we will cover the new item.
